Now, what happens if Vocaloid were to disappear suddenly or get uninstalled? (Hopefully that will never happen as far as Vocaloid users and fans are concerned)

Would it be the end of the world for you as a Vocaloid fan or would you just feel terribly sad about it? Well, that’s what this week’s Vocaloid music is about, and hopefully those of you who had thought of uninstalling the Vocaloid program on your computer would think otherwise after watching the videos. Now let’s carry on with this week’s Vocaloid music post.

The Disappearance Of Hatsune Miku (with English and Romaji subs) – Hatsune Miku

Here’s another version with English and Romaji subs as well:

This is a song with extremely fast singing and sad lyrics, it also demonstrates the use of the Vocaloid program to create songs which are impossible for humans to sing. With all the great memories one had together with Miku, would anyone really want to delete her?

The following is a two-part song by the Kagamine twins, with Len singing the first part and Rin singing the second.

Trash Box (with English subs) – Kagamine Len

This song talks about Len’s feelings as he was uninstalled by the owner and left inside the trash box (recycle bin) on the computer. He says he’s fine, but deep down everyone knows he’s not, especially Rin. Watch the second part and you will know what I mean.

Salvage (with English subs) – Kagamine Rin

Yep, Rin knows that she will never be able to cope well without Len around. So she went in search of Len and eventually finds him inside the recycle bin. Will Rin be able to save Len from being deleted? Watch the video and find out yourself. It had me teary-eyed when I first watched it, it was such a touching ending. ;_;

The Disappearance Of Kasane Teto – Kasane Teto

Yeah, this is Teto’s version of the original song “The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku”. This version suited Teto’s pitch well which makes the song just as good as the original one by Miku.

Also, Kaito’s “Sennen no Dokusouka” is also worth a mention here. I know I have posted this song before but this time round I will be showing you the hand drawn PV version of the song instead. Enjoy!

Sennen no Dokusouka (Hand-drawn PV) – Kaito

That’s all for this week’s Vocaloid music, look forward to next weekend then.
