Following the upcoming release of the sequel to the music rhythm game, SEGA will be re-releasing the first Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- PSP game and at a lower price as well. Known as “Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- Okaidoku ban” (deal version), the game will be sold starting from June 24th 2010 at a price of 3,300 yen.
Also, you can get the version with limited edition Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- Nendoroid Petit which will be back but only for those who pre-order it beforehand, the price together with the Nendoroid Petit Miku will be at 3,900 yen.
So for those of you who didn’t managed to pre-order the first -Project DIVA- PSP game, here’s your chance~ =)

Information from SEGA has revealed that the PSP game “Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-” will be getting a DLC add-on and SEGA has named this as “Additional Songs Deluxe Pack Vol.1 – Hatsune Miku: Miku Uta, Okawari (Tentive)”. According to information posted on the Piapro blog back on Oct 5th, it has been revealed that the new sequel to the Vocaloid game will tentatively be called “Project DIVA Arcade”. SEGA has put up a notice as a competition inviting members of the public to submit original and unreleased Miku songs.
The length of the songs must be between 2:30-3:30 minutes and the competition will start from October 15th 2009 – October 31st 2009. Selected songs will subsequently be announced on November 16th and the music will be used for testing somewhere in January 2010. Hatsune Miku Project DIVA & Accessory Pack
Yeah, this is an late entry which I should have posted last month, but didn’t really get around to it until now. xP Anyway this will be a consolidated post for all the Vocaloid stuff which I have managed to get last month and I sure am glad adding them to my collections, though I do have some regrets not being able to get the 1/8 Hatsune Miku CM Version PVC figure released exclusively during last month’s Wonder Festival 09. =< (Well it’s not that there’s no local shop bringing the figure in after the festival, but the price is simply…frustrating)
Anyway just continue reading to see more images of the new Vocaloid stuff in the collection and I will explain a bit more as to why I am giving up on getting the CM Version Miku figure despite it being made available here. (more…)

Well, for those who have played the PSP game “Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-” you would likely agree that the song “Hatsune Miku no Shoushitsu” (初音ミクの消失/The Disappearance Of Hatsune Miku) is probably the hardest song to play in the whole game, especially during Hard Mode.
So why play Hard Mode when you can already clear the song on Normal? Well that’s because you need to get a Great for all the Miku songs (32 of them to be exact, excluding the Rin/Len song versions) on Hard Mode in order to unlock the P-Style CG (Champagne Gold) costume, which is something I am still trying to figure out at the moment. >_<
But even with the song's difficulty level and the lag during the button spamming parts there are still people who can actually clear the song on Hard Mode and even obtain a Perfect, so just continue reading after the break to watch the video of how it was done~ (more…)
