Information from Crypton’s Vocaloid2 CV Twitter account has made known of a new Append known as “Moody” for Kagamine Len together with a new Append Sweet demo for Rin as well, which you can listen to both of them below.
As these Appends are still in the experimental stage we can expect more changes and modifications to them in the future. I will be posting more news on this when I can get hold of them. =)

Crypton has recently tweeted from their Vocaloid2 CV account about the test versions of Rin’s Power Append (Beta) and Len’s Soft Append (beta), which you can listen to them by clicking on the links below.
Do take note that these Append demos are still in the test stages so we can still expect possible edits and modifications in the future. Also, just like the Kagamines’ voicebanks their Appends will be sold together as one package when it’s released.

First of all I would like to apologize on the misinformation brought about by the article earlier regarding the new Vocaloid which will be released by AH-Software and any inconveniences resulting from that. I am sorry about that.
Update on Aug 21st: Further clarifications made, Rio is NOT the official name of the Vocaloid, her name is still not known currently.
An interview was recently carried out with a staff member from AHS in which the following information was corrected and listed as below.
1) The YouTube video showing the new Vocaloid’s song demos over at the Comiket 78 event is only an image, KEI’s kittyler Rio is NOT the official illustration for the new Vocaloid. Kittyler Rio is part of another collaboration known as “Kitty to Issho!”.
2) The new Vocaloid’s official illustration will NOT be done by KEI but by another illustrator who’s not yet announced at the moment.
3) The reason for the collaboration between Sanrio and AHS is simply due to Sanrio having its 50th anniversary and AHS choosing Sanrio in a random selection for the Vocaloid collaboration.
Additional information to add: The new Vocaloid’s public showing is officially set to be in September with the sales of the software starting in October.

Yes, after Miku’s previous appearances in monthly magazines such as “Monthly Comic Rush” she will finally be starting her first appearance in the 40th issue of the weekly “Young Jump” magazine published by Shueisha.
The four-panel manga series will start with a full-color installment done by Kentaro Hayashi, in which the magazine will go on sale on September 2nd. This illustration of Miku (which was done by the person that did the 4coma on mikumix.com) also appeared as a figure during the Wonder Festival 2010 Summer event, shown below:

Finally we have our first Len song with over two million views on Nico Nico Douga and unsurprisingly it’s Servant of Evil (Or Aku no Meshitsukai), in which this feat was achieved on Aug 16th 2010 @ 12:07 hours Japan Time.
